Shanil Sharma graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a minor in Nutrition. He is a former athlete and high school coach who specialized in soccer, football, hockey, softball, and track and field.
Shanil is certified through the following:

- NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association): Strength and Conditioning
- BCAK (British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists): Specializing in Kinesiology and Active Rehab

Growing up, Shanil’s lifelong dedication to sports gave him firsthand insight into the challenges athletes face. After experiencing many injuries and undergoing major surgery, he became fascinated by the rehab process and the science behind recovery which ultimately inspired his career change.
Today, Shanil provides one-on-one training and rehabilitation for clients of all backgrounds, from student athletes to individuals rebuilding their strength. His approach is results-driven, scientifically-backed, and focused on helping every client move better, recover stronger, and perform at their best.
